When it comes to eating healthy food, there is often a question that plays on everyone’s mind – “Would I eat this if it didn’t have the health benefits it is claimed to?”. Given what certain health foods taste like, having a sweet flavor is definitely something that will make people more interested in trying them. It is all a matter of personal taste, but Acai berries do have a head start in that they generally get the thumbs up from those who have eaten them.
